FAQ

  • A facilities rental agreement is a short-term (usually one day) rental of a property or part of it for an event or a celebration. It is typically signed by hotels. churches, community centers, etc. and event organizers or private citizens who need a place for a celebration.

  • Start with the most important things to include in the facility rental agreement: the date and time, and the location/place that you want to rent out. Include both parties’ contact information, and add other things that might matter (like the expected number of attendees). Write down the price for the service provided, sign it, and your agreement is ready.

  • If you want to earn money by renting out your property for short-term events or if you want to lease such a property, you need a legally binding contract. This is where facility rental agreements come in, as they specify all the terms and conditions.
