FAQ

  • A hotel event proposal is a document created by hotels to convince prospects to stay at their hotel or to have events at their hotel. Usually, the template of this proposal is professionally made, and managers of the hotel edit it based on the requirements of the client and the agreed upon terms and conditions.

  • Begin your proposal with an attractive cover page. From there, add a welcome note, information on features and amenities (rooms, hotel size, etc.), additional services, introduction to key personnel, breakdown of proposal budget, and terms and conditions of the proposal. You can end the proposal with signatures and an acceptance form.

  • For many hotels, the most important clause in a hotel contract is the mitigation clause or the warranties clause. The mitigation clause allows them to mitigate risks and take on the least amount of liability as possible. The warranties clause provides a clear directive on the scope of the service and hence avoids scope creep.
