FAQ

  • In most cases and according to most laws, a landlord, or the property manager, is responsible to remove snow promptly in the driveway, pathway, etc., for apartments. However, it is the tenants who usually remove the snow in single and multi family homes — landlords either verbally inform the tenants of this or write about it in the agreement.

  • There are several ways to get customers for snow removal services. Here are a few ideas you can explore: build a website, invest in social media, share informative, value-add content, ask customers to refer you, advertise your services online and offline, use email marketing to your advantage, and explore the benefits of radio ads.

  • Begin your contract by writing down details of your clients such as their name, address, contact details, etc. Next, write about the scope of work and payment. Make sure to cover other details such as terms and conditions about performance, assignment, insurance, liability, etc. End the contract with acceptance and signatures.
